This policy outlines the circumstances under which vastate provides refunds and how cancellations are handled for wallet recharges, shipments, and paid plans.
Once a wallet recharge is successfully processed and the balance is credited to your vastate account, it is non-refundable to the original payment method. The balance remains in your wallet for use against future shipments.
If your payment is debited but the wallet balance is not credited within 2 business days, contact our support team at support@vastate.in. We will investigate and either credit the balance or initiate a refund within 5-7 business days.
On closure of a verified account with no pending disputes, any unused wallet balance will be refunded to your registered bank account within 10 business days after deducting any outstanding dues.
You may cancel a shipment before it is picked up by the courier. The shipping charge will be reversed to your vastate wallet within 24 hours.
Once a shipment has been picked up by the courier, it cannot be cancelled. The full shipping charge applies. You may still initiate a return through the Returns Management module, which will incur a separate return shipping fee.
If a courier raises a weight discrepancy dispute, the difference is charged to your wallet. You have 7 days to dispute the charge by raising a ticket with photo proof. Verified disputes will be reversed within 5 business days.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Approved claims are credited to your wallet as per the liability limits in our Terms & Conditions (maximum ₹5,000 per shipment, or declared value if lower).
Monthly plan fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of purchase, minus a processing fee of ₹299. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
Free trials are not charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will be upgraded to the selected paid plan and the applicable fee will be deducted from your wallet or payment method.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, wallet credits are processed within 24 hours; bank refunds take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
